What the Zrnce Kafeterija website records when you visit and who else sees that data. Last updated: 26.10.2026.
The data controller is Zrnce Kafeterija, Bulevar despota Stefana 83, 11000 Belgrade. Phone 063 406688, e-mail [email protected]. For any question about privacy, write to us at that address.
The site has no form and asks for no personal data. When you write to us by e-mail or on Instagram, or call us, we receive what you send and use it only to answer you; the basis is your request.
Like every web server, ours keeps technical records of visits (IP address, time, page, browser) to keep the site running and secure; that is our legitimate interest.
The Google advertising tag (Google Ads), which we use to measure the results of our ads on Google, only loads once you choose “Accept” in the cookie notice. It then sets the cookie _gcl_au in your browser (up to 90 days), and Google sets its own cookies on its domain doubleclick.net (for example IDE and test_cookie); Google thereby receives your IP address, the page address and browser details. The basis is your consent. Until you agree, the site does not contact Google's ad servers and sets none of those cookies.
Your choice is kept in the cookie zrnce_pristanak for 6 months. Change it at any time with Cookies in the footer; “Decline” deletes the _gcl_* cookies of this site at once, and you delete Google's cookies on doubleclick.net in your browser settings.
On every page the fonts load from Google Fonts without asking for consent, so Google sees your IP address and browser details then. The Google map on the Location page only loads once you click it.
The site runs on a server of our hosting and maintenance provider, in a data centre in Germany (EU). Cloudflare delivers and protects the site. Google receives what is described above. When you write to us, the message goes through Gmail (Google) or Instagram (Meta). We never sell data or give it to anyone else.
Cloudflare, Google and Meta are US companies and may process data outside Serbia and the European Union as well. Such transfers rely on those companies' standard contractual clauses and on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Server records delete themselves after 14 days. Messages stay in our mailbox and on Instagram until we delete them, and we delete them at your request. Cookies last as stated above, or until you delete them.
You have the right to know what data we hold about you and to get a copy, to ask for it to be corrected, deleted or restricted, to data portability and to object to processing. Write to [email protected]; we reply without delay, within the time the law sets. If you believe your data was not handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (www.poverenik.rs).
The site is not aimed at children under 15 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
The site only works over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and only authorised staff of the hosting and maintenance provider can access the server. When we change how we handle data, we will change this page too.
